Crazy Sat.
Sar. started by looking for the truck keys. Then I was in the attic about 30 -40 minutes running a cable to the moved TV. The drill pooped out, so tried to get Sears to replace, didn't happen. Got a drill from mom. Took mom's old TV to the CURE drop off. Had to do the dreded trip to grocery store. After lunch, didn't do much. Went to church & heard a wandering sermon (music was good). Off to the plaza to hear The Relic's. They had the plug pulled on them before the second song ended by a "powerful senior citizen security dude" The crowd became a bit unruly but things settled down & we had great time listening to great music. Came home to the noise across the street again. If it sounded good we wouldn't mind. Texted Holly that if it didn't stop by 11 we'd go over again. Stopped about 10:40. Yay!!

Friday with Graison & evening at Disneyland
We got to have Graison all day Friday. What a happy guy. He ate his breakfast of cherrios & lunch of mac & cheese so carefully & slowly, using his spoon & fork. He played with Grandpa, saying Hey! when hit with a wadded up paper ball then giving it back to Grandpa & walking away slowly, waiting for Grandpa to throw it again & say "Hey!" again. He had fun with that for awhile. He went with us to Lowe's & Home Depot & then had the most fun at Toys R Us "riding" a skateboard until a store employee came over to find out what all the noise was. It was time to move on.
Friday night we saw the 80's AllStar band at disneyland. Fun evening watching the band & all the dancers.
Holly had texted me that the neighbor was singing? loud. When we got home they were going strong so after 15 minutes of noise, I walked over at 1 a.m. & before I could ask her to stop, she stopped & said are we too loud? Give me a break. Anyway, I'm sure the neighborhood appreciated the fact that the noise stopped.

Gettin ready to paint
Removed everything from the bedroom today. Wow, it really needs paint., We also moved the entertainment center near the sliding door, moved the china closet to the corner & the dining room table so we now have a dining room. Thank goodness for furniture skids. They made moving all the stuff very easy.

Mountains
Beautiful in the mountains today. Blue sky & very SUNNY & a warm, 90 degrees but I heard that it was very hot in Riv. We heard from Edison this morning, & they checked out our dead tree & will cut it down in 3-4 weeks. yahoo. We couldn't believe how fast they contacted us.

Trip to cabin today
We brought up our blue living room furniture & took the cabin furniture to the recycle store at the dump. Someone may still get some use out of it. We also brought the wall mirror from our bedroom & put it up on the same wall before our cabin flooded. A tree limb was dead last time we were up & we were going to cut it off. Now the entire tree is dead so I call Edison to see if they will remove it due to the power lines. So sad.

Living room furniture
We now have, new to us, living room furniture. Jimmy & Trudy are moving into a new hone without a living room so we now have tan & ecru couch & love seat. Our blue stuff is going to the mountains tomorrow & not sure what we'll do with the cabin blue couches. John says just put them on the driveway with a "free" sign. Maybe we'll haul them to the dump recycle store.

This is my first post. I am trying to figure out how to do this before our next trip in September. We are planning to see Portland & the Columbia Gorge.
